Pacific Mist offers host of amenities

Rhodes Homes' Pacific Mist recently debuted three new fully decorated model homes located just off Fort Apache Road on the west side of the Rhodes Ranch master plan in the southwestern valley.

"The model homes for Pacific Mist are now very easy to access and well marked with signage," said John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes. "The Pacific Mist model homes are fully decorated with modern designs and furnishings that offer great ideas for visitors to incorporate into their own homes."

All three floor plans at Pacific Mist are offered with a media niche, upstairs laundry room, two-car garage and loft that can be converted to an additional bedroom. The plans are named for their square footage.

The 1,720-square-foot model features three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Its cathedral ceilings upstairs offer an open feeling, and multiple pot shelves give homeowners a place to display art and antiques.

The 1,832-square-foot model home features purple and chocolate paint on the first-floor walls. An island in the kitchen offers a sink and dishwasher, and a butler's pantry provides additional food storage space.

"This is a great home for people who like to entertain," Means said. "And for those with children, the princess-themed room upstairs has great decorating ideas for a girl's room."

Pacific Mist's largest home measures 2,255 square feet and is themed throughout with beach and sailing décor.

"When you walk into this home, you'll be transformed to a different place," Means said. "Not only is the décor themed incredibly well, but the creams and blues used throughout the home really make you feel like you're in a beach house. The wainscoting on the walls upstairs is icing on the cake."

The 2,255 plan features four bedrooms and three baths with one bedroom and a full bath located downstairs. It features a standard island in the kitchen and a master closet "that is almost big enough to sleep in," Means said.

As residents of the Rhodes Ranch master plan, Pacific Mist homeowners have access to the 35,000-square-foot R Club recreation center with dozens of indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family.

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club has become one of the leading golf destinations in Las Vegas. Designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson, the par-72 course was named a "best value" by Vegas Golfer magazine.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing 16 communities throughout the area with homes to fit every family's lifestyle.

Prices at Pacific Mist start in the low $300,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, and then go south to Warm Springs Road. Head west on Warm Springs and south on Fort Apache Road to the model homes on the left.

The Pacific Mist sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 877-635-5304 or visit rhodeshomes.com.
