Pacific Mist offers special incentives

Pacific Mist, a Rhodes Ranch neighborhood located on the west side of the master plan, is offering special incentives to new home buyers. The project's developer, Rhodes Homes, is offering money towards closing costs, upgrades and options with all new home sales.

"Pacific Mist is quickly becoming one of the most popular neighborhoods in southwestern Las Vegas, with modern floor plans, fantastic pricing and an extremely convenient location," said John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes.

"With Fort Apache Road now open through Warm Springs, the west side of the Rhodes Ranch master plan is easily accessible from Blue Diamond Road and goes all the way through to the northwest side of the Las Vegas Valley."

He said new home buyers will receive 3 percent towards closing costs and up to $10,000 towards options and upgrades.

"When coupled with the fantastic floor plans and convenient location, Pacific Mist is one of the best values in the area," Means said.

Pacific Mist opened three new model homes. The fully decorated homes feature modern designs and furnishings that offer decorating ideas to current and future residents.

All three floor plans, ranging from 1,720 to 2,255 square feet, are offered with a media niche, upstairs laundry room, two-car garage and loft that can be converted to an additional bedroom.

The 1,720-square-foot model features three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Its cathedral ceilings upstairs offer an open feeling and multiple pot shelves give homeowners a place to display art and antiques.

The 1,832-square-foot home is shown with a standard kitchen island that includes a sink, dishwasher and food preparation area.

A butler's pantry offers additional kitchen storage space.

Pacific Mist's largest home is 2,255 square feet. It includes four bedrooms and three baths, with one room and full bath located downstairs. It features a standard island in the kitchen and master closet "that is nearly half the size of a regular bedroom," Means said.

As residents of the Rhodes Ranch master plan, Pacific Mist homeowners have access to the 35,000-square-foot R Club recreation center with dozens of indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family.

Prices at Pacific Mist start in the $300,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, and then go south to Warm Springs Road. Head west on Warm Springs and south on Fort Apache Road to the model homes on the left.
