Pacific Southwest builds on reputation

Since its founding in the late 1980s, Pacific Southwest Development has delivered personalized estate homes and worked with equal dedication in constructing strong relationships with its buyers, according to customer service manager Connie Hurst.

Using multiple floor plan variations with flexible options, buyers may design homes with specialized amenities such as summer kitchens.

"Because the homes we build are so personalized, we get to know our clients personally," Hurst said. "We meet with our clients regularly both before and after the sale to ensure they are getting the home they truly want and that it performs as promised."

The builder's Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood features four floor plans offering more than 50 architectural, appliance and decorative configurations.

Buyers meet with the sales and design staff, along with specialty contractors and are guided through the home building process. As construction wraps up, Hurst familiarizes buyers with some of the newer aspects of their homes and ensures their expectations are met.

"Perhaps most important aspect of our business is that we ensure it all comes together the way our clients expect," she said.

The neighborhood is adjacent to the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the foothills of the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned, each on a home site measuring at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some measuring half an acre and others built into the hillsides, are also available.

Floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.

Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Base prices range from $1.05 million to $1.2 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Mondays, when it opens at 1 p.m. For more information, call 228-8559.
