Pageantry Homes promotes new pricing structure

Pageantry Homes is promoting a limited-time offer of lowered home prices at its Wine Ridge Estates neighborhood.

The promotion occurs during the month of October and closes by Dec. 1. Pageantry will guarantee these prices for more than one year.

"These are the lowest prices ever offered on select homes at Wine Ridge Estates and now is the time to buy one of these beautiful single-family homes before the promotion ends on Oct. 31," said Michael Cox, sales and marketing director of Pageantry Homes. Pageantry Homes also is offering mortgage protection, which is an insurance program that will protect the home buyer in case of loss of employment, according to Cox.

The builder also will pay the buyer's closing costs.

Wine Ridge's Plan One is a 1,944-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths, a great room, a kitchen, a loft and a two-car garage.

The 2,048 square foot Plan Two is a two-story home with four bedrooms, loft, 21/2 baths, two-car garage.

Plan Three is a two-story home of 2,241 square feet, which includes four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, a loft and kitchen with access to the family room, living room and private dining quarters. This plan also is available with five bedrooms; four up and one down.
