Pageantry Homes promotes pricing within Loretto Bay community

Pageantry Homes is rolling out new prices for Loretto Bay, its community located in Green Valley. The builder announced this week that all three neighborhoods in this community are now priced from the $220,000s to low $300,000s.

"What's really impressed buyers at Loretto Bay is that much of what they see in the model homes, they get standard without having to pay for costly upgrades," said director of sales and marketing Michael Cox. "With the new lower prices, home buyers are finding that what they get for the money really exceeds their expectations now."

Some of the standard features include Whirlpool appliances, paver driveways, prewiring electrical packages, raised-panel doors with lever locks, low-e windows for energy efficiency and the builder's trademark closets and pantry spaces.

Outdoor patios are standard in plans One and Two. In addition the La Tesoro townhomes offers porches or patios and standard balconies or decks, which are included in the price of the home.

"What we offer standard in our homes are items that most people include in their budget for extra options," Cox said. "With the extra money they save, they use it for popular upgrades such as dramatic wood cabinetry, granite countertops and more."

Now with homes starting from the low $200,000s, and ranging in size from 1,139 to 2,381 square feet, the gated community of Loretto Bay features three distinct neighborhoods -- Villa Azure, a luxury condominium complex, La Tesoro, a townhouse development, and Bella Lago, a single-family attached neighborhood.

The community features a landscaped entry, Santa Barbara inspired architecture, decorative finishes, community clubhouse, network of walking trails. Each neighborhood has its own resort-style community swimming pool and spa.

The sales office is located at 1525 Spiced Wine at the cross streets of Stephanie Street and Wigwam Avenue, right off of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway. The office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 553-5155.
