Pageantry promotes giveaway to support Lili Claire Foundation
Pageantry Communities features a promotion for the month of April where buyers can visit any local property and enter to win Aerosmith concert tickets.
The performance, which will benefit the Lili Claire Foundation, takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center April 28. Winners will receive 10 VIP tickets.
"The Lili Claire Foundation is an amazing organization that provides much-needed assistance to families with children suffering from neuron-developmental disorders," said Michael Cox, sales and marketing director. "Pageantry is committed to maintaining its role as a leader in the community, by lending a hand to nonprofits like Lili Claire that work hard to make Las Vegas a better place to live for future generations."
Developments involved in the promotion are Loretto Bay in Green Valley; Ridgewood in south Las Vegas; Wine Ridge Estates, Park View Estates and Pebble Crossing in southwest Las Vegas; Brookhaven in the northwest; and Valencia Terrace in the northeast.
To enter, visitors can drop by a participating property before April 27, and find the hidden entry box inside one of the models and deposit a completed entry form.
The Lili Claire Foundation's fifth annual benefit dinner and concert featuring Aerosmith is a fundraiser to raise money to help Southern Nevada children living with Williams syndrome, Down syndrome, Autism and other neuro-developmental conditions.
The Lili Claire Foundation was established in 1998 by Keith Resnick and his wife, Leslie Litt-Resnick, when their 5 1/2-month-old daughter, Lili Claire, died of heart complications related to Williams syndrome.
Pageantry is a privately held home builder in Las Vegas, which has been building homes since 1994. The company has sold nearly 5,000 units in the Las Vegas Valley and ranks as one of Southern Nevada's top 20 home builders.
