Pageantry to hold event

Pageantry's Valencia Terrace neighborhood will hold free financing seminars today from 1 to 5 p.m., and will introduce a new Builder Funded Down Payment Program.

Presented by Greystone Financial Group, the seminars will explain how home buyers can qualify for the program through a government financed FHA (Federal Housing Authority) loan.

According to Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing, Pageantry will pay 3 percent of the down payment or up to $12,000, while also providing job loss protection insurance on the mortgage payment.

"We're excited to launch our Builder Funded Down Payment Program with free seminars," Cox said, "... as we believe this program will help enable more people to buy a new home."

Home designs feature three floor plans, ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet with options for lofts, dens and master retreats. Pricing begins from the high $200,000s.

Plan One is a 2,107-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, great room, kitchen with dining nook, loft and two-car garage.

The upstairs provides homeowners with three options to customize their living space. The master suite can be extended to include a retreat, while the same area also can be made into a fourth bedroom.

The 2,201-square-foot Plan Two is a two-story design with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. It features a kitchen overlooking the great room with dining nook. The home also has a loft.

Options for a retreat off the master suite and a loft or a fifth bedroom are available to tailor the second floor.

The 2,287 square foot Plan Three is a two-story home with five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and kitchen with great-room area.

The sales center is located at 3608 Asbury Hill Ave., near East Bonanza and Pecos roads. For more information, call 769-9775 or visit pageantryco.com.
