Pageantry to hold free seminar today

Pageantry Homes will hold a free Builder Funded Down Payment Program seminar today from 1 to 5 p.m.

"We're excited to offer a seminar to educate homeowners interested in learning more about how this program can assist them in the process of buying a new home," said Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing.

The free financing seminar, presented by Greystone Financial Group, explains the program. Home buyers can qualify for the program through a government-financed FHA (Federal Housing Authority) loan. Pageantry will pay 3 percent of the down payment, or up to $12,000, while also providing job loss protection insurance on the mortgage payment.

Cox said the home builder plans to hold these seminars monthly.

Homes in Valencia Terrace feature three floor plans, ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet, and are priced from the high $200,000.

The floor plans are flexible, as well, with options for lofts, dens, master retreats and other features.

The community also offers large backyards.

"Valencia Terrace is an ideal community for home buyers looking for a larger home with a backyard in an existing neighborhood at pricing that's very affordable," Cox said. "Through our new Builder Funded Down Payment Program, we have made owning a home in this community that much easier."

Valencia Terrace is located near East Bonanza and Pecos roads at 3608 Asbury Hill Ave. Call 769-9775, or visit pageantryco.com.
