Pageantry to offer end-of-summer discount prices at Wine Ridge

Pageantry Homes has announced an end-of-summer special and is offering price specials on Wine Ridge Estates homes purchased before Sept. 1 and closes before Oct. 1, according to Michael Cox, sales and marketing director of Pageantry Homes.

"We will guarantee these prices will be the lowest available on these homes, and if we lower them again before 2009 we will cut you a check for the difference," he said.

The special promotion is restricted to Pageantry's Wine Ridge Estates neighborhood, which has three floor plans, ranging from 1,793 to 2,204 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

Plan One is a 1,793-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, great room, kitchen and a two-car garage. There are four options for homeowners to customize their living space upstairs.

The master suite can be extended to include a retreat, while the same area also can be made into a loft or fourth bedroom.

The 1,948-square-foot Plan Two is a two-story home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and two-car garage. It features a kitchen overlooking a great room. Options for a retreat off the master suite, loft or a super loft are available on the second floor.

Plan Three offers is a two-story home of 2,204 square feet that includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and a kitchen with access to the family room, living room and private dining quarters. Downstairs the private dining room can be converted into an additional bedroom off the living room. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom can be converted into a master suite retreat or the same area can be transformed into a secondary loft. In addition, the upstairs loft also can be converted into a fifth bedroom with additional bath, adding additional square footage to living space.

Wine Ridge Estates is located near Fort Apache and Blue Diamond roads.
