Pagenatry unveils three Pebble Crossing models

Pageantry Homes has announced the grand opening of three new model homes at its Pebble Crossing neighborhood located on Durango Drive and Pebble Road just north of Blue Diamond Road in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Pebble Crossing's location provides homeowners with mountain views during the day and city lights by night.

The 2,201-square-foot Plan Two is a two-story home with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage. It also includes a kitchen overlooking a great room, dining area and loft.

Options for a retreat off the master suite, a super loft or a fifth bedroom are available to tailor the second floor.

Plan Three offers the greatest amount of options for personalizing. This 2,204-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a kitchen with access to the great room and dining area.

Downstairs the private dining room can be made into an additional bedroom off the great room, which also converts the bath into a three-quarter bath. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom can be converted into a loft or master suite retreat. The fourth bedroom also can be transformed into a secondary loft.
