Palms Bay offers variety

Rhodes Homes' Palms Bay neighborhood in Rhodes Ranch offers three two-story models ranging from 1,734 to 2,400 square feet. The models are named for their square footage.

Residence 1734 features a vaulted entry, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, loft and a two-car garage.

Residence 2033 includes three bedrooms, master walk-in closet, 2 1/2 baths, great room, dining room, two-car garage and optional fireplace.

The largest model is Residence 2400 with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living room and dining room, family room, two-car garage, and options for a master retreat, bonus room and fireplace.

Homes in Palms Bay are also equipped with Moen kitchen and bath faucets and fixtures, beechwood cabinetry, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, gas barbecue stub in rear yard, and low-e windows.

The community features the R-Club, which has an indoor workout facility, full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts and six billiards tables. The community also offers the Fun Zone water park.

Other amenities are the Ted Robinson Jr.-designed 18-hole golf course and guard-gated entrance with 24-hour roving security patrols.
