Pardee aims for savings with Ready Homes promotion
Pardee Homes is offering Ready Homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with savings as high as $105,000, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.
"Families can choose from several homes in a wide range of prices that are ready for them right now," Tuvell said. "In addition to the convenience of immediate move-in, buyers receive the added confidence of owning a Pardee Home that is built on a 55-year legacy of quality, value and service in Southern Nevada."
Ready Home pricing includes popular upgrades and designer selections, plus financing options, according to Tuvell.
Fairbrook, a gated collection of homes in Henderson, features two Ready Homes: Plan Two C, with a price of about $556,915, is a two-story design with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a loft in 2,729 square feet with a three-car garage and a unique porte cochere, providing a private entrance into the home as well as a play area for families.
Plan Three A measures 3,197 square feet and offers three bedrooms, 31/2 baths, den and bonus room and a three-car garage. It is priced from $559,815.
"Artistically designed in sophisticated Spanish, Tuscan and Traditional styles, Fairbrook features some of Pardee's most upscale homes in the valley," Tuvell said. "The Ready Homes at Fairbrook offer an exceptional value in this prime area."
Fairbrook also includes a private linear park that is planned to run through the center of the neighborhood for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
To reach Fairbrook, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Follow Horizon Ridge west then turn left on Jeffreys Street. The entrance is ahead, on the left.
Sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
