Pardee expands in North Las Vegas
Pardee Homes, the developer of the master-planned Eldorado community, offers three neighborhoods in North Las Vegas including Horizon and Northpointe in Eldorado Highlands and Riverstone at Prescott Park.
"Pardee Homes has been offering communities in North Las Vegas for many years and continues to offer a variety of new home designs -- from entry-level homes to spacious floor plans with up to six bedrooms," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
"We have a great legacy in North Las Vegas, where we began developing Eldorado nearly 20 years ago."
Pardee's North Las Vegas communities are all part of the builder's September Event. Program highlights include the federal tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers closing escrow on a principal residence before Dec. 1, plus an $8,000 Pardee credit through Sept. 30 that can be applied towards closing costs, according to Tuvell. Pardee sales agents can offer more details on the Pardee Credit program.
Located in Eldorado Highlands, on the north end of Pardee's Eldorado master-planned community near Aliante, Horizon features one- and two-story homes with up to five bedrooms and four baths in four floor plans that range from 2,027 to 3,010 square feet. Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs. Home sites measures 6,000 square feet and prices start from $220,000.
Pardee's Northpointe neighborhood, located just across the street from Horizon in Eldorado Highlands, features one- and two-story homes with up to six bedrooms and three baths in four floor plans that range from 2,321 to 3,861 square feet. Prices start from $243,000.
Located at the northeastern corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, Riverstone features four one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,596 to 2,617 square feet with up to four bedrooms. Prices start from $177,000.
Riverstone is the last neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park master-planned community, which is centered around a 4.5-acre community park which features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.
According to Tuvell, all of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
"Greener materials and building techniques can lower home operating costs by reducing the need to use as much energy for heating and air conditioning as older, conventional homes and can result in measurable savings for buyers," Tuvell said.
Over the past two decades, Pardee Homes has donated land for parks, including the 23-acre Seastrand Park, and schools, including Antonello Elementary School, which is named for a late Pardee executive. Both are located in Eldorado.
