Pardee grows in resort setting

Pardee Homes has established a growing presence at Lake Las Vegas Resort, according to the company's Southern Nevada Division President Klif Andrews.

The residential and resort destination is situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake located 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. The builder's Tremezzo neighborhood of luxury homes is situated on a hilltop with views of the resort community.

"Tremezzo is without a doubt a new level of achievement for Pardee Homes, which has been building homes in the Las Vegas Valley for more than five decades," Andrews said. "The guard-gated Tremezzo community features home designs in Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltown themes with features such as expansive interior courtyards for intimate outdoor entertaining."

The neighborhood's four floor plans range from 3,168 to 4,320 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages.

Prices start from $985,075.

Residence One at Tremezzo measures 3,168 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths plus a powder room and two-car garage, plus swing garage. The home's optional features allow for additional customization, including selections for a fourth bedroom, theater, den and office.

The Residence Two measures 3,310 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, three baths plus a powder room, office and three-car tandem garage in addition to a front entrance portico, interior courtyard and great room.

The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom and bath, optional office with bath or optional theater room.

The Residence Two X adds a second-floor club room or optional fifth bedroom and bath and measures 3,726 square feet.

Tremezzo Residence Three measures 4,320 square feet with three bedrooms, four baths and one powder room, casita, bonus room and three-car tandem garage. The casita can be built as an optional theater room.

Also located at Lake Las Vegas Resort is Bella Fiore, a gated neighborhood situated alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance. Prices currently range from $767,950 to $885,950.

Bella Fiore's five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community with Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences, ranging in size from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and featuring amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, home offices and an optional casita.

Pardee is offering an introductory country club membership to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore. Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls, designed by Tom Weiskopf, or the Jack Nicklaus-designed Reflection Bay golf courses, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course designed by Tom Fazio that is set to open in 2008.

To visit Pardee's Lake Las Vegas neighborhoods, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs to Bella Fiore and Tremezzo.
