Pardee Homes’ Bella Fiore features residences at Lake Las Vegas

Pardee Homes is offering country club memberships to home buyers at Bella Fiore, a gated neighborhood of luxury homes on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort, according to Klif Andrews, Southern Nevada Division president of Pardee.

"Bella Fiore homes are part of the unique Lake Las Vegas lifestyle," Andrews said. "With special Silver memberships that each Bella Fiore family receives, they can enjoy wonderful resort amenities all year round."

Prices start from about $767,950.

Pardee Homes' Bella Fiore Plan Three includes 3,959 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, three-car tandem garage, library and bonus room.

Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls, designed by Tom Weiskopf, or the Jack Nicklaus-designed Reflection Bay golf courses, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course designed by Tom Fazio that is set to open in 2008.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Drive. Continue east on Lake Mead Drive to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs.
