Pardee Homes' Crestline neighborhood at Sunrise Highlands presents the largest floor plans the builder has offered to date at the master-planned community near Sunrise Mountain in the eastern Las Vegas Valley.
Prices range from about $391,950 to about $461,950.
Among the floor plans available for quick move-in at Crestline include the two-story Plan Three, which measures about 2,631 square feet with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, upstairs laundry room, bonus room or optional bedroom five with fourth bath or optional super bonus room.
The Plan Three can also be built with an optional sixth bedroom or optional super bonus room and an optional balcony off of the master suite.
To reach Crestline at Sunrise Highlands from Interstate 515/U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sahara Avenue to the models.
