Pardee Homes features luxury residences at Lake Las Vegas Resort

Pardee Homes has a growing presence at Lake Las Vegas Resort, a premier residential and resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake located 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

The neighborhood was recently recognized by the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders with a Gold Award for Best Landscaping Design for a Detached Community.

The association also awarded the project with the Silver Award for Best Single Family Detached Home in its price range for the Plan Two home model.

Pardee's award-winning Bella Fiore gated neighborhood is located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance.

Bella Fiore's five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community with Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences.

They range from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces. Other design options include home offices and an optional casita.

Bella Fiore designs have earned Gold and Silver awards from Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Best in American Living and The Nationals.

Currently, Pardee is offering country club memberships with limited terms to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore, according to Andrews.

Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls, designed by Tom Weiskopf, or the Jack Nicklaus-designed Reflection Bay golf courses.

"All of that is in addition to community amenities such as the lake and marina, pedestrian shopping village, restaurants, concerts and much more," Andrews said. "Although Lake Las Vegas is a short distance from the city, it is a world apart as a desert oasis for residents and visitors alike."

To visit Pardee's Lake Las Vegas neighborhoods, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs to Bella Fiore and Tremezzo.

The model parks are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
