Pardee Homes is promoting the two-story Plan Three-C home at its Arrowhead neighborhood, located on the eastern side of the Las Vegas Valley.

Also at Sunrise Highlands is Pardee Homes' Sierra neighborhood, featuring four floor plans that range from about 1,431 to 2,439 square feet. One- and two-story designs are available with prices starting from about $297,950.

Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, Sunrise Highlands offers proximity to numerous amenities, including the new Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
