The Plan Three at Pardee Homes' San Mateo neighborhood in Mountain's Edge master-planned community offers up to four bedrooms and an optional game room that has helped make the plan a family favorite.

San Mateo Plan One measures 1,577 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a two-bay garage with optional loft available in lieu of bedroom three.

Residence Two measures 1,654 square feet with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and two-car garage.

The home can be built with up to four bedrooms.

Plan Four at San Mateo measures 1,985 to 2,331 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft, optional game room as well as a two-car garage.

The home is available with an optional fourth bedroom in lieu of the loft.

To reach the neighborhood at Mountain's Edge, take State Route 160 west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community.

Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhoods.
