Pardee Homes features special savings on select homes

Pardee Homes is offering financial incentives on select homes at Northpointe and Horizon in the master-planned Eldorado Highlands community in North Las Vegas.

"Additionally, we're featuring special financing options along with the added incentive of the homebuyer tax credit."
Available homes at Northpointe include the Plan Three C at home site 117, a two-story home that measures 3,515 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, den and bonus room, three-car garage and features such as appliances and faux wood mini-blinds. This move-in ready home is priced at $307,000.
Northpointe Plan Two C at home site 45 measures 3,200 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, two-car tandem garage, bonus room, granite countertops, beech cabinets, faux wood mini-blinds and other upgrades. It is priced at $312,000.
Northpointe Plan Two B at home site 88 measures 3,200 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, two-car, expanded garage and loft. It is priced at $298,000.
At Horizon, Plan Four B at home site 19 measures 3,010 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, bonus room and features such as stainless steel appliances. It is priced at $282,000.
Horizon Plan Four C at home site 25 measures 3,010 square feet with five bedrooms, four baths, three-car garage and features such as stainless steel appliances. This move-in ready home is priced at $301,000.
Horizon Plan Three C at home site 17 measures 2,769 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car tandem garage and loft. It has a 45-day move in and is priced at $268,000.
According to Tuvell, buyers can still take advantage of tax credits on new home purchases.
The new homebuyer tax credit legislation expands new home purchase opportunities. It extends the existing $8,000 credit for first-time homebuyers who enter into purchase contracts by April 30. It enables certain move-up and repeat buyers to qualify for a $6,500 credit and it increases the qualifying income limits for individuals and married couples. It also extends the credit for certain military personnel through April 2011. For more information about these programs, visit irs.org.

All Pardee Homes' sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday.
