Pardee Homes introduces Rosetta

Rosetta by Pardee Homes marks the builder's latest offering in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley.

"With homes priced from $229,950, Rosetta at Mountain's Edge represents a great value in one of the valley's most popular master-planned communities," said Rob Tuvell, Pardee Homes' regional sales director.

Rosetta's two-story homes feature three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to three baths and two-car garages in about 1,444 to 1,881 square feet. Floor plans include great rooms and options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.

To reach Rosetta at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue, turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
