Pardee Homes launches ‘On the House’ VIP program

Pardee Homes is giving special incentives to new homebuyers with the launch of On the House, a program offering different option packages at select neighborhoods every two weeks for a limited time.

"Everyone's got a deal right now, but we are offering something more," said Rob Tuvell, Pardee regional sales director.

"On top of great pricing and financing, Pardee buyers can look forward to some smart incentives that offer real solutions."

Buyers can sign up for alerts on pardeehomes.com to receive first notice of packages that might include energy-efficient appliances, closet organizers, ceiling fan and fixtures, and three free painted rooms.

"With competitive pricing, the best locations, energy-efficient homes and financing backed by the strength of Wells Fargo, Pardee Homes is committed to help families get into the home of their dreams quickly and confidently," Tuvell said. "Our On the House smart solution incentives are an added bonus."

Pardee Homes maintains a strong presence in the Las Vegas Valley with 15 active single-family new home neighborhoods in all sections of the metropolitan area.

"Pardee is celebrating 56 years of building homes in Las Vegas, longer than any other home builder," said Klif Andrews, Pardee Southern Nevada Division president.

An industry leader in Southern Nevada since 1952, Pardee has built homes for more than 35,000 families and has developed several master-planned communities, including Spring Valley, Clark County's first master-planned community.

In addition to developing its own planned communities, which now include Eldorado in North Las Vegas, Nevada Trails in southwestern Las Vegas and Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas, new Pardee homes can be found in the master-planned communities of Mountain's Edge, Aliante, Providence and Lake Las Vegas.
