Pardee Homes offers several plans at Solamar in Vista Verde

Pardee Homes' Solamar neighborhood at Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas features home sites and a limited number of move-in ready homes.

Solamar Plan Four A at home site 143 measures 3,084 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage and playroom on an oversized lot. Priced at $310,000, the home includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, backyard landscaping and upgraded flooring.

Solamar Plan One A at home site 263 measures 2,491 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, tandem three-car garage, den/office on a corner lot. Priced at $279,000, the home includes stainless steel appliances, designer interior paint, granite countertops and upgraded flooring.

Plan One B at home site 265 at Solamar measures 2,491 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and tandem three-car garage. Priced at $309,000, the home includes granite countertops, covered patio, designer interior paint and backyard landscaping.

Plan One, a single-story plan, measures 2,491 square feet as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Plan Two also is a single-story plan that measures 3,000 square feet as many as four bedrooms and three baths.

Two-story plans at Solamar include Plan Three, which measures 2,931 square feet as many as five bedrooms and three baths and Plan Four, measuring 3,152 square feet, with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.

Visitors are welcome from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
