Trail Ridge Plan One measures about 1,366 square feet with three bedrooms and a downstairs powder room. The home can be built with an optional loft in lieu of the second bedroom.

Plan Two at Trail Ridge measures about 1,410 square feet with three bedrooms, optional loft in lieu of bedroom two, dining area and family room and two-car garage.

Trail Ridge Plan Three measures about 1,755 square feet with a downstairs bedroom or optional den and upstairs bonus room that can be built as two optional bedrooms or optional bedroom and optional loft.

Trail Ridge Plan Four measures about 1,776 square feet with four bedrooms, downstairs powder room and optional loft or optional retreat in lieu of bedrooms two and three. The floor plan also features a living room and dining room area.

To visit Trail Ridge, exit south on Durango Drive from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway and travel three miles Agate Avenue and turn left into the Trail Ridge model park. The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
