Pardee Homes opens Crestline at Sunrise Highlands
Pardee Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Crestline today and Sunday. Crestline is the third neighborhood in Pardee's master-planned Sunrise Highlands community located on the eastern edge of the Las Vegas Valley at the base of Sunrise Mountain.
"Crestline represents the largest floor plans we've offered to date at Sunrise Highlands," said regional sales director Rob Tuvell. Sunrise Highlands has consistently been among the best-selling in the company's Southern Nevada collection of 27 new home communities, according to Tuvell. Prices are expected to start from the $300,000s.

The single-story Plan Two measures 1,628 square feet with three bedrooms, a dining room that can be built as an optional den or optional fourth bedroom, breakfast nook, great room and master bedroom suite.
The two-story Plan Three measures as much as 2,631 square feet with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, upstairs laundry room, bonus room or optional bedroom five with bath four or optional super bonus room. The home can include an optional sixth bedroom or optional super bonus room and an optional balcony off the master bedroom suite.
The 3,671-square-foot Crestline Plan Four includes a three-car garage, living and dining rooms, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, upstairs laundry room and optional game room or optional sixth bedroom and fourth bath. The Plan Four X-C can include up to seven bedrooms.
Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, the community's first two neighborhoods -- Arrowhead and Sierra -- are priced from $274,450 and $295,950, respectively.
The Arrowhead neighborhood features four flexible one-and two-story floor plans with up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, optional lofts and dens within 1,340 to 2,070 square feet.
The Sierra neighborhood features up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,431 to 2,439 square feet in four one-and two-story floor plans. Options include lofts, dens, retreats and bonus rooms.
Sunrise Highlands is close to many community amenities, including the new Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
The neighborhoods are also close to Lake Mead National Recreation Area, in addition to shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
To reach the community from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models. The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
