Pardee Homes promotes Plan Three as family favorite at Crestline

Pardee Homes' Crestline at Sunrise Highlands presents the largest floor plans the builder has offered to date at the popular master-planned community, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"With comfortable floor plans, including a spacious plan with up to seven bedrooms, large home sites and attractive family amenities, Crestline is a great choice for families," Tuvell said. "Additional home amenities include great rooms, lofts, bonus rooms and super bonus rooms plus a terrific location on the eastern edge of the Las Vegas Valley at the base of Sunrise Mountain," Tuvell said.

Prices range from about $391,950 to about $461,950, Tuvell said.

Among the floor plans available for quick move-in include the two-story Plan Three, which measures about 2,631 square feet with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, upstairs laundry room, bonus room or optional bedroom five with fourth bath or optional super bonus room. The home can also be built with an optional sixth bedroom or optional super bonus room and an optional balcony off the master bedroom suite.

Another family favorite, according to Tuvell, is Plan Four, which measures about 3,084 square feet with a three-car garage, living and dining rooms, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, upstairs laundry room and optional game room or optional sixth bedroom and fourth bath.

Also offered is the single-story Plan Two which measures about 1,979 square feet with three bedrooms and dining room that can be built as an optional den or optional fourth bedroom.

To reach Crestline at Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood, then left on Sahara Avenue to the models.
