Pardee Homes’ Solstice is located in Aliante

Solstice is Pardee Homes' newest Southern Nevada neighborhood. Located in the master-planned Aliante community in North Las Vegas, Solstice features five floor plans priced from $230,000.

The gated Solstice neighborhood is located off Aliante Parkway and Nature Park Drive, within walking distance to the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, as well as close to retail and restaurants, schools, Aliante Library and access to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

"We've had a strong interest already at Solstice, which is a credit to our floor plan designs and pricing," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

The Solstice floor plans range from 2,337 to 3,959 square feet with features including expanded three-car garages, bonus rooms, loft, optional office/library configuration, island kitchens, separate living and dining areas and with as many as seven bedrooms.

The single-story Plan One at Solstice measures 2,337 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a den, which can be built as an optional fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $230,000.

The two-story Plan Two measures 2,664 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, including a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor. The Plan Two X adds a bonus room or optional sixth and seventh bedrooms with a full bath to the Plan Two floor plan and measures 3,110 square feet. Plan Two is priced from $250,000 while the Plan Two X is priced from $265,000.

Solstice Plan Three is a two-story plan that measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. The floor plan includes a bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom and third bath and is priced from $290,000.

Plan Four measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and four baths, downstairs library, bedroom and full bath and upstairs loft and optional guest suite option with a private bath in lieu of fifth and sixth bedrooms. It is priced from $320,000.
