Pardee Homes’ Springdale offers building options to expand room

Pardee Homes' Springdale neighborhood is located in Aliante, a northwestern master-planned community.

The subdivision, which offers homes priced at $393,450, is within walking distance of the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park.

The one- and two-story homes include central and side courtyards and offer such options as dens, wet bars, casitas, lofts, workshops and studios depending on the plan.

Family-oriented floor plans feature up to five bedrooms, two to 3 1/2 baths, two- and three-car garages in 1,990 to 3,314 square feet.

"Pardee really took a lot of factors into consideration when designing the homes at Springdale," said Pardee regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"For example, the homes are designed with flexibility to give families the right features for their needs, be it an optional casita, den, loft or bonus room. Additionally, home sites average 6,300 square feet."

The homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart program.

Environmentally sensitive features and options in the LivingSmart program fall under the categories of EarthSmart, EnergySmart, HealthSmart and WaterSmart.

Other options include tankless water heaters, interior low-VOC paint and central vacuum.

Plan One features a single-story design with three bedrooms or optional den, two baths, two-car garage, plus swing garage that can be built as an optional workshop.

The home measures 1,990 square feet and is priced from $393,450.

Plan Two also is a single-story home that can be built with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Its standard offerings include three bedrooms, den, 2 1/2 baths and tandem two-car garage.

The home can be built with a bedroom, exercise room or additional master bedroom closet in lieu of the tandem area of the garage and a bedroom in lieu of the den.

Plan Two measures 2,462 square feet and is priced at $430,450.

Plan Three and Plan Four are both two-story designs. Plan Three measures 2,754 square feet with four bedrooms, loft or optional fifth bedroom, three baths, three-car garage and an optional casita.

The home can be built with an optional bonus room and is priced from $449,450.

Plan Four measures 3,314 square feet with four bedrooms, loft, 3 1/2 baths, two-car garage, plus swing garage and a spiral staircase at the entry.

The home has a master bath with large walk-in closet, optional butler's pantry, wet bar and balcony. Prices start at $487,950.

Springdale is located just off Aliante Parkway near the Aliante Information Center and Nature Discovery Park.
