Pardee Homes’ Tremezzo opens to fanfare

More than 250 visitors have been counted each week since the opening of the new Pardee Homes neighborhood, Tremezzo, a collection of Italian-inspired hilltop homes overlooking the Lake Las Vegas resort community. Grand opening weekend alone attracted more than 750 visitors, according to Pardee regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"It's hard to say which is more impressive to our hundreds of visitors, the design or the location," Tuvell said. "These homes represent a new level of excellence in the 55 years Pardee has been building homes in Southern Nevada."

The guard-gated neighborhood offer home designs ranging from 3,168 to 4,320 square feet.

With Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop designs, one- and two-story Tremezzo homes include interior courtyards, as well as a second-story club room on the Plan Two X.

Four floor plans include three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages, with prices starting from $1.2 million.

Tremezzo is Pardee's second neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas. The Bella Fiore gated neighborhood is located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance. Prices range from $767,950 to $885,950.

The builder provides initial country club memberships to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore. Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls or Reflection Bay, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course, which is set to open in 2008.

"Lake Las Vegas residents enjoy other community amenities such as the lake and marina, pedestrian shopping village, restaurants, concerts and much more," Tuvell said. "It is a desert oasis for residents and visitors alike."

Lake Las Vegas is a residential and resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

The 3,592-acre master-planned resort offers a variety of residences, world-class resorts, three golf courses, casinos, full-service marinas, water's edge restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway.

Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore and Tremezzo.

The model parks are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
