Pardee names sales director

Jessie Cox has joined Pardee Homes as director of sales for the Las Vegas Division. Cox, a UNLV graduate, has 14 years of local real estate experience and was previously regional sales director for KB Home. She began her career in sales with the former Lewis Homes in 1993. KB Home acquired Lewis Homes in 1999 and Cox became a part of their management team.

At Pardee Homes, Cox oversees sales efforts and personnel at several of the builder's northwest valley communities, including Alvarado and Madera at Vista Verde; Highgate and Chestnut Hill at Providence; Reston and Rockwood at Prescott Park; Springdale and Autumn Ridge in Aliante; Tamarind and Northpointe in Eldorado; Laguna, Cordova and Capistrano at Vista Cielo and San Rafael off of Ann Road near Eldorado.

Pardee Homes is celebrating its 55th anniversary in the Southern Nevada market and has developed several of the Las Vegas Valley's leading master-planned communities, including Spring Valley, Eldorado, Nevada Trails and Rancho Las Palmas.
