Pardee offers incentives

According to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes, Pardee Homes is offering savings on select homes at Ashwood in Nevada Trails in the southwestern valley and Horizon in Eldorado Highlands in North Las Vegas.

"These are exceptional homes at exceptional prices," Tuvell said. "They are move-in ready with features such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and we're offering 3 percent broker co-op on each." The broker must accompany the buyer on his or her first visit to the sales office in order to qualify for the broker co-op, according to Tuvell.
