Pardee offers LivingSmart floor plans

Pardee Homes' LivingSmart Alvarado at Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas features four floor plans, including the 2,408-square-foot Plan Four that offers up to five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. Home prices starts at $387,450.

Alvarado is a collection of one- and two-story plans with up to five bedrooms in 1,570 to 2,408 square feet. Home sites average 4,675 square feet and homes range in price from $314,950 to $394,450.

Plan One measures 1,570 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 1,753 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den and two-car garage. It can be built with a fourth bedroom in lieu of the den.

Plan Three is a two-story design with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, media room and two-car garage in 1,989 square feet. A fourth bedroom is offered in lieu of the media room.

Alvarado and its sister community Madera mark the continuation of Pardee Homes' LivingSmart program. The community features a Desert Demonstration Garden and a LivingSmart Room, where the program is detailed.

Pardee Homes' Madera offers one- and two-story plans with up to five bedrooms and options such as courtyards, game rooms, patios and bonus room in 2,576 to 3,552 square feet. Home sites will average 6,800 square feet and pricing ranges from $438,950 to $509,950. Buyers can choose an optional solar electric power system on select homes and exteriors as a LivingSmart option.
