Pardee offers move-in ready homes in Horizon neighborhood

At Pardee Homes' Horizon neighborhood in the builder's master-planned Eldorado community, a select number of move-in ready homes are being offered with prices starting from $250,450.

Among the available Horizon homes is Plan One-B at home site 31, a three bedroom, two-bath home that measures 2,027 square feet with a studio and two-car garage. It is priced at $250,450.
Horizon Plan Two-BR at home site 36 measures 2,337 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. It is priced at $282,000.
Plan Four C at home site 39 measures 3,010 square feet with five bedrooms, four baths and three-car garage. It is priced at $304,000.
Located in Eldorado Highlands, on the north end of Pardee's Eldorado planned community and near Aliante, Horizon features one- and two-story homes with up to five bedrooms and four baths in four floor plans that range from about 2,027 to 3,010 square feet with home sites that average about 6,000 square feet. Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs and prices start from about the high $200,000s.

Horizon Residence Two measures about 2,377 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths, den and two-car garage with workshop. The floor plan features an optional fourth bedroom and third bath in lieu of the den and optional three-car garage.
Residence Three measures about 2,769 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, three-car tandem garage and optional fifth bedroom in lieu of the loft. The home also features an optional guest suite.
Horizon Residence Four measures about 3,010 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and two-car garage with workshop. The two-story home features an optional fifth bedroom and fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room and optional three-car garage.
All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
