Pardee offers move-in ready homes, incentives at Montclaire
Pardee Homes is offering financial incentives on select homes at its Montclaire neighborhood, located in a well-established area of Henderson off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.
Among the move-in-ready homes offered at Montclaire is a Plan Three B at home site 77 that measures 3,245 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, tandem two-car garage, bonus room and a cul-de-sac lot. Priced at $335,000, the home includes granite countertops and designer interior paint.
Montclaire Plan Two B at home site 66 measures 2,786 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, den/office and loft. Priced at $328,000, the home includes stainless-steel appliances, designer interior paint and granite countertops and is scheduled for August completion.
Montclaires six floor plans range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Prices start from $288,000.
The Plan One at Montclaire measures 2,368 square feet in a single-story design with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom. The home also can be built with an optional master-bedroom retreat.
Montclaire Plan Two measures 2,786 square feet in a two-story design with a three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with as many as six bedrooms and three baths while Plan Three measures 3,380 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths and two-car garage in a two-story design. Plan Three can be built with an optional fourth bedroom suite with bath and an optional media room/optional fifth bedroom and loft or bath in lieu of the standard bonus room.
Plan Four at Montclaire measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and two baths. The two-story home has a three-car garage, laundry/hobby room or optional four-car tandem garage, bonus room and den or fifth bedroom.
Plan Five at Montclaire is available in two versions Five and FiveX. Plan Five measures 3,449 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, three-car garage, library and loft while Plan FiveX measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and as many as four baths, loft and library plus three-car garage.
Additionally, the neighborhood is near established retail, restaurants, schools, houses of worship, medical and other services, said Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
