Pardee opens Lake Las Vegas homes

Guests enjoyed a weekend filled with culinary treats, including cooking demonstrations from Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler during the Sept. 12 grand opening of two new single-story floor plans at Pardee Homes' gated Bella Fiore neighborhood on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort.

The new Bella Fiore Plan Five measures 2,307 square feet. It includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room, dining room, island kitchen, three-car tandem garage and design options, including fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $553,950.

Bella Fiore's new Plan Six measures 2,593 square feet. It offers three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, family room, den, three-car tandem garage and courtyard with design options, including a hobby room and guest suite. It is priced from $583,950.

Located just off of Lake Las Vegas Parkway alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance, Bella Fiore is a collection of elegant homes in a breathtaking setting surrounded by the golf course, scenic mountains and partial views of the Las Vegas Strip.

The model park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
