Pardee promotes two-story homes

Pardee Homes features two-story homes with community amenities at its Capistrano at Vista Cielo neighborhood, located in North Las Vegas.

Residents can benefit from a swimming pool, as well as a park and picnic area, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director.

"Capistrano offers homes designed with front courtyard entries, providing a unique atmosphere for buyers," he said. "And, the homes provide the conveniences of a two-bay garage, back yards and upstairs laundry rooms."

The builder is planning 159 homes at the subdivision, and floor plans range from 1,462 to 1,888 square feet. Homes contain three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 or three baths and two-car garages.

Residence Two measures 1,462 square feet and contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a great room. Prices start from $257,700.

Residence Three measures 1,725 square feet and contains three bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths. It is available with a loft area or retreat in lieu of a secondary bedroom. Prices start from $275,950.

Capistrano's Residence Three X plan measures 1,888 square feet and contains four bedrooms, den and 2 1/2 baths. Prices start from $285,200.

Residence Four measures 1,783 square feet and contains three bedrooms, three baths and den. A fourth bedroom is offered in lieu of the den and a loft area is offered in lieu of a secondary bedroom. Prices start from $277,950.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit west on Craig Road. Proceed to Losee Road and turn right. The neighborhood is ahead on the left.

The builder's sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
