Pardee reports top sales at Sunrise Highlands

Because of variety, affordability and location, Pardee Homes' Sunrise Highlands at Sunrise Mountain has remained among the best-selling in the company's Southern Nevada collection, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"Sunrise Highlands features some of the most reasonably priced homes in this market in one of the best locations," Tuvell said. "The community rises above the valley at the eastern edge of town, giving a panoramic view of the city below and Sunrise Mountain behind."

Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, Sunrise Highlands offers eight floor plans, priced from $274,450 at Arrowhead and from $294,950 at Sierra.

Arrowhead features four one-and two-story floor plans with up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Ranging from 1,340 to 2,070 square feet, the designs offer optional loft and den spaces.

Floor plans within the Sierra neighborhood feature up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,431 to 2,439 square feet in four one-and two-story floor plans. Options include lofts, dens, retreats and bonus rooms.

Sunrise Highlands is in proximity to community amenities, including the new Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, and Lake Mead Recreational Area, in addition to established shopping, dining and entertainment venues.

To reach Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models. The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee has built homes for nearly 35,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
