Pardee sponsors annual Northern Exposure event

A Saturday autumn morning greeted about 600 participants of the Eighth Annual Northern Exposure 10K Race and 2-Mile Family Run/Walk held Nov. 3. Pardee Homes has been the title sponsor of the city of North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department event since its inception.

The Northern Exposure race and run/walk began and ended at Seastrand Park, located at 6330 Camino Eldorado at Centennial Parkway. The 25-acre park is located in the builder's master-planned Eldorado community along the valley's northern rim.

Among those participating were several Pardee Homes' employees, including Southern Nevada Division President Klif Andrews.

"North Las Vegas and Pardee Homes have been great partners for many decades," Andrews said. "Pardee is proud to be a part of North Las Vegas' Northern Exposure event, which is a great opportunity for participants to experience the lifestyle of the Eldorado community and for participants to experience one of the most scenic areas of the valley."

Several Pardee Homes' neighborhoods -- including Rockwood at Prescott Park; and Capistrano, Cordova and Laguna at Vista Cielo -- are selling in North Las Vegas.
