Pardee targets families with Plan Three

Plan Three at Pardee Homes' San Rafael neighborhood in North Las Vegas offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, two-car garage and an optional game room.

The home measures about 1,820 square feet, plus another 179 square feet if a game room is added. Plan Three is priced from about $271,900.

To visit San Rafael from Craig Road, travel north on Camino Al Norte until it becomes Camino Eldorado, proceed north to Ann Road and turn left. The model park entrance is one-half mile ahead on the left. Models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
