Pardee to introduce Crestline neighborhood
Pardee Homes will open Crestline next weekend as the third neighborhood in the builder's Sunrise Highlands master-planned community, located on the eastern edge of the Las Vegas Valley at the base of Sunrise Mountain.
"The spacious homes of Crestline will bring flexible floor plans designed for active families to an established area of the valley," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes. "With comfortable floor plans, large home sites and attractive family amenities, Crestline homes offer great rooms, lofts, bonus rooms and super bonus rooms."
Crestline's one- and two-story homes range from 1,628 to 3,671 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to three baths and two- and three-car garages.
Prices are expected to start from the $300,000s.
Because of variety, affordability and location, Sunrise Highlands has consistently been among the best-selling in the company's Southern Nevada collection of 27 new home communities, according to Tuvell.
"Sunrise Highlands features some of the most reasonably priced homes in this market in one of the best locations," said Tuvell. "The community rises above the valley at the eastern edge of town, giving a panoramic view of the city below and Sunrise Mountain behind."
Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, Sunrise Highlands' first two neighborhoods are priced from $274,450 at Arrowhead and $295,950 at Sierra.
Arrowhead features four one-and two-story floor plans with up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, optional lofts and dens. The homes range from 1,340 to 2,070 square feet.
Sierra's home designs feature up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,431 to 2,439 square feet. The one- and two-story floor plans offer loft, den, retreat and bonus room options.
Sunrise Highlands is in proximity to community amenities, including the new Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
The neighborhoods are also close to Lake Mead Recreational Area, in addition to shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
To reach the community from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models. The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m. For more information, call 431-1214 or visit pardeehomes.com.
Pardee has built homes and communities for more than 35,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
