Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices are expected to start from the mid $300,000s.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging in size from 3,212 to 4,165 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths and Pardee’s GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living. Prices at the gated neighborhood are expected to start in the high $400,000s.

“Floor plans at Solano offer buyers flexibility to customize their home, including our optional covered patio or outdoor room with glider, office, loft or retreat options in lieu of bedrooms or up to five bedrooms,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said.

Solano Residence Two measures 2,267 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft and two-bay garage. Buyers can choose office, loft or retreat options.Solano Residence Three measures 2,433 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, living and dining rooms and two-bay garage. An optional loft can be built in lieu of the fourth bedroom.

Solano Residence One, available in future releases, features three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den, loft, walk-in pantry and two-bay garage in 2,187 square feet. Optional features include a covered patio/outdoor room and optional fourth bedroom and third bath.
