Pardee to open Horizon Terrace

Pardee Homes is set to introduce at least four neighborhoods this year and the first to open is Horizon Terrace in Henderson south of the 215 Beltway at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road.

Grand opening festivities are planned 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and include an assortment of gourmet popcorn from Popcorn Girl, fresh-baked cookies and children’s entertainment.

“Horizon Terrace is a brand-new collection of large two-story homes on large lots in a location that takes living to a higher level, Pardee Homes Regional Sales Manager Rob Tuvell said.

The neighborhood’s four floor plans range from 3,122 to 3,652 square feet. Prices start from $383,950.

According to Tuvell, the homes celebrate Southern Nevada-style outdoor living with the options of covered patios and outdoor rooms, in addition to master-suite decks that take advantage of the neighborhood’s vantage point on the southern rim of the valley.

Horizon Terrace also offers Pardee’s new GenSmart Suite option for multigenerational living in private, separate areas under one roof.

Plan One measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, loft and two-car extended garage, while Plan 1-X features Pardee’s GenSmart Suite.

Plan Two measures 3,307 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, great room, loft, game room and two-car extended garage with a storage bay.

Plan Three measures 3,652 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, loft, great room, game room and two-car extended garage with a storage bay. The 3-X elevation features Pardee’s GenSmart Suite.
