Pardee unveils Fairbrook models

Pardee Homes will unveil two new model homes in a re-grand opening celebration June 30 at Fairbrook, a gated neighborhood in Henderson just off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

"Pardee will now offer five floor plans in a great location on a site overlooking the Las Vegas Valley, giving families more choices for graceful living along with easy access to work and play," said regional sales director Rob Tuvell. "Fairbrook is close to established shops, schools, houses of worship, medical and other services, and also includes its own private linear park that is planned to run through the center of the neighborhood for residents to enjoy."

"Artistically designed in sophisticated Spanish, Tuscan and Traditional styles, Fairbrook features some of Pardee's most upscale homes in the valley," Tuvell said.

Fairbrook is a collection of one-, two-, and three-story luxury homes with up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 2,405 to 3,552 square feet with home sites averaging 5,500 square feet.

Prices start in the mid-$400,000s. The new Plan Five, a single-story floor plan, includes three bedrooms and den, with a fourth bedroom option in 2,405 to 2,423 square feet of living space, plus a two-car and swing garage.

The two-story Plan Six offers up to five bedrooms, including an optional first-floor suite, in 2,679 to 2,835 square feet.

The flexible floor plan includes a parlor, with a formal dining room or den option, an upstairs book loft plus a loft with the option of a fifth bedroom, and a three-car tandem garage.

Plan Two is a two-story design with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft, two-car expanded garage in 2,729 square feet. There is a porte cochere that provides a private entrance into the home and garage and play area for families.

The 3,197-square-foot Plan Three is a three-story plan with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, den, bonus room and two-car tandem garage. The design features several flexible options including a fifth bedroom and fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room, fourth bedroom in lieu of the den and a living room in lieu of the tandem garage space.

Plan Four measures 3,552 square feet with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and two-car, plus swing garage. Plan Four X adds a wrap-around porch and is offered on select home sites.

The home design also features a master retreat, bonus room and workshop in lieu of the swing garage.

"Pardee Homes has been building in Henderson for many years, including communities in Seven Hills, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch and the MacDonald Highlands area," Tuvell said.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Follow Horizon Ridge west then turn left on Jeffreys Street. The entrance is ahead, on the left.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
