Pardee unveils homes up north

Pardee Homes will start off 2008 with the opening of Riverstone at Prescott Park, which will feature four one- and two-story floor plans that range from about 1,596 to 2,669 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Pricing is anticipated to start from the mid-$200,000s.

Riverstone will open to the public Jan. 26 and is the newest addition to the Prescott Park community in North Las Vegas.

"We're excited to start the year off with the opening of Riverstone," said Rob Tuvell, Pardee Homes' regional sales director.

"The floor plans are really designed for today's buyer with features such as kitchen islands with seating, spacious great rooms, bonus rooms and personal options for fireplaces and master bedroom retreats."

Located at the northwest corner of Grand Teton Drive and Aviary Way, north of the Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the Prescott Park development is centered around a 4.5-acre community park which features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure.

The community park is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.

To reach Riverstone from U.S. Highway 95, exit at I-215 east; or from Interstate 15, exit I-215 west. Follow I-215 to Decatur Boulevard and turn north. Turn right on Grand Teton, then left on Aviary Way. Turn left on Mesa Gate, proceed through the gated entrance, and follow the road around the park to the Riverstone models.

All Pardee Homes' sales offices are open between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
