Pardee’s Highgate offers flexible floor plans in Providence area

Pardee Homes' Highgate neighborhood is located in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Highgate is a collection of upscale one- and two-story homes that measure from 2,221 to 3,413 square feet with home sites that average 6,600 square feet. Prices range from $419,450 to $521,950.

Residence Two measures 2,650 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den, two-car garage, plus one-car swing garage in a single-story design with a courtyard. Additional features include a den, large family room that is open to the kitchen and open living/dining room area.

Residence Three is a two-story home measuring 2,786 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car expanded garage and optional casita or studio available on Plan Three X at select home sites.
