Pardee’s Horizon Ridge in Henderson offers LivingSmart

Off Horizon Ridge Parkway and south of the Las Vegas Beltway at Gibson Road in Henderson lies Pardee Homes’ Horizon Ridge neighborhood.

It features the builder’s LivingSmart collection of three two-story floor plans that range from 2,183 to 3,001 square feet. Prices start from at $277,950.

Floor plans include the Plan Two which measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen, and two-car garage with optional a third bay or workshop in a two-story design.

Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage, and can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of the loft.

Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large game room, great room, den and three-car garage. Other optional features include living room instead of a den, and optional two additional bedroom and fourth bath instead of the game room.

Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials say.
