Pardee’s La Puerta community at Mountain’s Edge offers four plans

With about 1,598 square feet of space in a single-story design, the Residence Two at Pardee Homes' La Puerta is located in Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwestern valley.

Residence Two features three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage with a den in lieu of the dining room. It is priced from about $324,450.

La Puerta's one- and two-story floor plans feature up to five bedrooms in 1,534 to 2,414 square feet. Prices range from $319,450 to $380,450.

La Puerta offers four floor plans, including the single-story Residence One, which measures 1,534 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.

Residence Three includes 1,962 square feet in a two-story design with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den and two-car garage. It is available with a fourth bedroom and third bath in lieu of the den.

The two-story Residence Four measures about 2,414 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft and three-car garage. The floor plan can be built with a fifth bedroom in lieu of the loft and flex space in lieu of garage space.

To visit La Puerta, take State Route 160 west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue, turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.

The master-planned community features 500 acres devoted to open space, including Exploration Peak, a restored natural mountain park, along with bicycle and walking trails.

Promoted by the slogan "The New Southwest," Mountain's Edge is located in the far southwestern corner of the Las Vegas Valley where the city literally presses up against the Spring Mountains.

The Pardee Homes' sales offices and model complexes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
