Pardee’s Laguna features game rooms, lofts, dens

Plan Four at Pardee Homes' Laguna at Vista Cielo neighborhood offers an optional game room. The home measures 1,985 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and two-car garage. The home is priced from $306,950.

Laguna features a collection of two-story homes that offer up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with two-car garages, backyards, high-volume ceilings downstairs and upstairs laundry rooms. The four floor plans range from 1,577 to 2,331 square feet. Prices start from $265,450.

Plan One has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,577 square feet. It offers a two-car garage.

Plan Two houses two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a den in 1,651 square feet. It also has a two-car garage. It also is available with up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,860 square feet.

The 1,820-square-foot Plan Three offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. An optional game room is available and can increase the living space to 1,999 square feet. A loft is also offered in lieu of bedroom four.

Laguna is one of three Pardee Home neighborhoods that comprise the builder's Vista Cielo community, featuring cul-de-sac streets connected by greenbelt areas and four small parks with planned playground, barbecue area, half-basketball court and community swimming pools.
