Pardee’s Montclaire Henderson neighborhood debuts 7 new floor plans

Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood features seven unique floor plans, including three home designs that can be built with as many as six bedrooms.

The location is near established retail, restaurants, schools, houses of worship and medical facilities, such as Siena Campus of St. Rose Dominican Hospitals.

The new Plan Six measures 3,959 square feet and has six bedrooms, four baths, great room, dining room, loft, library and three-car garage. It's priced from $380,450.

Montclaire Plan One measures 2,368 square feet in a single-story design with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom. The home also can be built with an optional master-bedroom retreat.

Montclaire Plan Two can be built with as many as six bedrooms and three baths and measures 2,789 square feet in a two-story design with a three-car tandem garage. The home starts in price from approximately $307,150.

Montclaire Plan Three measures as much as 3,380 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage in a two-story design. The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom suite with bath and an optional media room/optional fifth bedroom and loft or bath in lieu of the standard bonus room. It is priced from $332,700.

Plan Four measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 2½ baths. The two-story home has a three-car garage, laundry/hobby room or optional four-car tandem garage, bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom and is priced from $363,000.

Plan Five is available in two versions -- Five and Five X. Plan Five measures 3,449 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, three-car garage, library and loft while the Plan Five X measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and as many as four bath, loft and library plus three-car garage. Plan Five is priced at $355,700 while the Plan Five X is priced at $369,950.

All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, which provides measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources.
