Pardee’s Montclaire offers move-in-ready homes with upgraded features

A limited number of move-in ready homes are available at Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood, located in a well-established area of Henderson that is just off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

Among the move-in-ready homes currently offered at Montclaire is a Plan 6-D that includes 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, three-car garage, loft and library. Montclaire's seven floor plans range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Prices currently start from $273,950.
